Join the Crew of Milton’s FAA-Approved Aerospace Camp
December 21, 2021
Registration is open for Milton Aerospace Camp (formerly Milton Space Camp) as it returns for a stellar 4th year in summer 2022. Students currently in Grades 2-6 are invited to join the crew of our FAA-approved camp! For one extraordinary week, campers will immerse in an exciting and unforgettable STEM-based program with access to industry experts, behind-the-scenes and specialized tours, and hands-on learning. Campers will build rockets, conduct space-related experiments, fly on simulators, explore 3D printing at the MIT Aerospace Workshop, go on field trips, meet experts, fly drones and more!
NEW EXPERIENCES will include a workshop with the Buzz Aldrin Foundation; a gigantic, interactive Mars mat; painting in space event with a NASA artist; LIVE presentation with the Israeli Space Agency to hear their latest updates; and learning with astronauts at NASA Houston.
The camp will run June 27 to July 1, 2022 and will be based at MILTON’s Robert and Kay Schattner North Campus located at 6045 16th St, NW in Washington, D.C. Space is limited and registration will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
