Thank you to all the parents, alumni community members, grandparents, staff, and friends in our extended community who have made the school a philanthropic priority!
The MILTON Fund is an essential source of income for Milton, helping to cover the gap between tuition revenue and the cost of running the school. Each year, money raised through during Giving Days supports every aspect of school life by financing daily needs in the current year. Teacher training, acquisition of technology, and program enhancements are just a few of the areas supported in part by the campaign. 95% of parents and faculty/staff donate to the campaign annually! Lead supporters of the MILTON Fund include donors who give $5,000 or more to join the Leadership Circle, and grandparents who give $1,000 or more to join the Dor L’Dor Leadership Circle.
Endowment funds help build the future and guarantee a Jewish education in the nation’s capital for generations to come. Support for the endowment can be made through outright cash gifts, multi-year pledges, or planned gifts in the form of bequests, life insurance, annuities, and other future interests. Many companies match gifts made to non-profit organizations. If you own a business, gifts can be made in the name of your business.
